Hi,

I had a look this morning, no solidly reliable luck based on DO-214 package (and it looks too wide for that, maybe) and SMD code 39A it might be a TVS, it might be a zener; etc. - the logo has been irritating me all day, I've seen it before but can't remember whose it is.

I had no luck with a reasonable search through these logo links, maybe you'll see something I didn't:

Have you tried the websites and pdfs where you can search SMD parts by code number? I guess you have.

Sorry can't be of more help.

The logo looks like General Semiconductor (Vishay) and the package looks like DO-214 (SMA) but it's difficult to tell without dimensions.
I can't tell the exact type though.
