What are the things you should consider for you implement NAND tree IO test logic?

What are the things you should take into account when you test IO with NAND Tree ? There are different type of IOs such as DDR, NAND, GPIO, etc. NAND tree itself has simple structure so I thought it just need to be connected in sequence with NAND gates.
 

yes, and you need to cover all inputs by this way to test the Vih Vil during the production test.

This test during the production test cover the fact to have the niddle at the correct position and contact.
