Dear all,

I need to do Monte-Carlo simulation of an 8T SRAM cell in mix-
mode, Atlas (silvaco software) environment; but I am not sure it is feasible in Atlas environment or not. I am sure that it is a time consuming task in silvaco. Could any one please give me an idea what should I do?

Or, how can I create spice model of my designed device in Silvaco Atlas?

Thanks in advance
Leila
