May be error in footprint Infeon PG-HSOF-8-1

I make foot print for Infeon PG-HSOF-8-1 in Altium.
I use PG-HSOF-8-1
but

Cutout on the case is 4,18mm above the lower left corner and on footprint is tjis 7,3mm above the lower left corner.

they have a mistake or I'm wrong?

Her is their foot print in 3D

This -maybe-should be ? Or there is a drawing error ?? Who knows ??
I think it has no importance because opening a slot doesn't make sense regarding to heatsinking target.
It's fine as you drew ..
