[moved] Error in Simulation with Cadence

I want to simulate a photodiode from my library in cadence ams 4.10, but I got the following error. I have used the photodiode in an image sensor.

Error found by spectre in `phdnwa850':`I0.I3.I1.PD', in `Photo_Pixel_1':`I0.I3.I1', in `Pixel_Array_4X4_1':`I0.I3', in `Image_Sensor_4X4_1':`I0', during hierarchy flattening.
ERROR (CMI-2088):
phdnwa850 is not valid in selected process option.
 

As the error message states: with your selected process option this photodiode cannot be realized. Select an appropriate process option - if available.
