Supply currrent of PIC10F20X when at <4MHz frequency

Hello,
We need a low power micro powered from 5V.
PIC10F20X all consume 1mA at 5V. Thats too much for us.

Do microchip do a 6pin micro which can have its INTOSC adjusted to say 100kHz so it can consume less current? Or are they all stuck at 4MHz?
There used to be a list of all PICs , stating their capabilities, but its been removed from the web

All we need is for the micro to turn a NPN on for 20ms every 5mins.

You can achieve µA supply current by waking up the processor periodically from WDT.

Look at the 10F320 series. Typical IDD is 28uA while running at 31KHz and you can internally switch to higher speed/current under program control. They are available in 6-pin 'SOT' packages.
