Microcontroller selection for USB interface

I need to select controller for USB interface (Mouse interface).There are two option USB OTG and USB.Which one i should select?
 

Some controller has USB OTG,Some controller has only USB interface.Mouse device can be interfaced to both?

CAN, EBI/EMI, Ethernet, I²C, IrDA, LIN, MMC/SD/SDIO, QSPI, SAI, SPDIF, SPI, UART/USART, USB OTG

These are the specification of controller.
 

Hi,

You don´t need OTG.

A simple USB in low speed HID can be done without dedicated USB hardware. There are reference designs in the internet.
