I am having trouble to figure out this two MOSFETs if are in series or parallel

Hi,

Maybe you should look at the whole circuit rather than this snippet.
Especially the two "D" nodes.

thank you so much for your response but I wanna say that the first one in left is connected with transformer and the second one with another circuit.
in this case, you guess that are in series or in parallel?.
