vias resistance calculating

Could anyone tell me how to calculate the resistance and inductance of vias.
The frequancy range is from DC to 50MHz.

how to calculate multilayer inductance

DC-50MHz,the vias resistence and inductance can be ignored, They are very small ,less than 1OHm or 1nH.

Agree with zgx. At 50 MHz both series L and series R can be assumed to be zero.
