hi sir,

i need help to understand this 1,2,3 marked in schematic.

the arrow and don't know what symbol they used in schematic at 2nd point

Arrow (triangle) is a GND symbol in this schematic, "up bar" indicating different power supply nodes.

The selection is more or less arbitrary, other schematics are using bar for GND and a circle or arrow for power supply. Hopefully the usage is unequivocal within a particular schematic.
