I need to generate negative voltage from positive voltage about 600mV. And need to minimize power consumption.
Please give me some suggestions to choose!!! Tks u so much!!

Search the internet for "generate negative voltage". Try it, it's easy! There are circuits, ICs, all sorts of stuff, if you only just look.

Hi,

You only have 600mV? This is the only power source?

You have to decide what output current you expect.

Did you recognize the box below with "similar threads"?
