Hi,

I have the BSIM3v3 model provided for the vendor, but a lot of parameters defined in the BSIM manual are not included, such as: Nsub, Xt.
What make the simulator in this case? Does it use the default values from this parameters from the manual or just it ignored this parameters in calculation?

thank in advance

It will use default values for those parameters of course but the simulation accuracy may be not trustworthy as wanted.
