Dear All,

The mosfets TR901 and TR902 blows off when we power on the unit. Any suggestions. The artwork is attached. R91 and R923 are mounted.
H-bridge used is LM5104.

Regards
Shome

Hi,

this schematic is really difficult to read.
The signal flow should be from left to right.
The placement of the MOSFETs an their connection is really confusing.

RT is no PWM input as far as I can see. --> Use it as described in the datasheet.
Consider to use resistors in the gate lines to avoid ringing.

But there could be additional layout problems.

Co-driving RT with the IN signal is not shown in the app
figures. Probably messes up the nonoverlap timing.
