Is there any restriction on value of standard deviation? Because when I set standard deviation below 1v, $dist_normal function in SV is not generating random value. Wherein sigma is =<1uv. Could you please make me understand why is this happening?

You need to clarify what you mean by 1V and 1uV. The $dist_ functions only work with integers.
