I have simulated the inverter using LTSPICE...I m using this tool for the first time...I want to
1. measure the inverter delay
2. plot delay vs supply voltage

May i know the procedure to perform these two steps..

1. Stimulate the inverter with a steep square pulse
2. Sweep (.step) the supply voltage - and possibly the corresponding voltage values of your stimulation source, and those between which you want to measure the delay - e.g. between 10 & 90% of the supply voltage
3. Run transient simulations for each voltage .step for at least 2 square pulse edges, with enough time resolution
4. Use appropriate .measure statement to measure the delays
5. Use appropriate .option to plot the measured delay values vs. supply voltage

For more detailed info, s. the LTSPICE manual, especially this Application Note: LTSpice: Plotting a Parameter Against Something Other Than Time.
