Hello!

I have done some work, with MikroC, for 8bits from Microchip. Now I have a project, only two boards, where I have to use a touch panel of 7 inchs to interact with the MCU.

I'm thinking in using GDD X from Microchip with a PIC24, but I thought that perhaps the learning curve will be to stiff since I have only experience with MikroC.

Should I buy VTFT from Mikroc? And use this panel:

If I move to Microchip XC16 I will have more freedom in choosing the panel? And spending less money on it? Where should I start if I go in this direction?

Thanks,
Bruno
