Are there any Micocontroller which generates SPWM ?

I don't want to use Timer Interrupts to update the PWM duty to get SPWM. Is there any Microchip micocontroller which can generate SPWM just buy configuring PWM registers ? If not, can one implement it in PSoC ?

Directly SPWM? I suppose not. But you can use timer to trigger DMA take the values from RAM and copy it to PWM perepherial. This can be done with any STM32 microcontroller. This will not requere interrupt and cpu processing will also be bypassed.
