I have 2 voltage levels on my board, 3.3V and 12V.
I connect the DRAIN to my programmable IC and pull up to 3.3V.
What voltage level should I pull up for the GATE?
I know I can use either 3.3V or 12V. What will difference if I use 3.3V or 12V?
Thanks,

Look on the data sheet.

To some extent it depends on how much drain current it will pass but 3.3V should be sufficient and 12V should do no harm. Check whether you actually want a pull-up for the gate though, in most circumstances it can be voltage driven from the previous stage.

Brian.

Thanks, Brian!

The drain current is very small; a PGIO pin about 80mA.
I tried to look the waveform with 12V pullup or 3.3V pull up, it's very close, just a little delay.

Thanks,
Son
