Hi,

would u pls. tell me the function of the resistor connected to the gate of PM20?

Without telling us what kind of circuit this is makes this a bit of guesswork, but generally the gate resistor is to limit gate current (due to the gate capacitance) and to reduce ringing.
 
Is the design somehow RF related? Or the thread posted in the wrong section?
