Hello,
there are some warnings when i run PEX.What do the warnings mean?how to figure it out?

It looks like LVS error messages, saying that the LVS system (Calibre) cannot find devices in the layout that are present in the schematic.
LVS needs to be run and be "clean" (as well as DRC should be "clean"), before parasitic extraction can be run.

LVS is correct.

This looks like a backannotation problem.

Try reading this:

You can try to change the output netlist type (layout based vs source based vs schematic based).
