Is Sd card and micro sd are same?

If micro sd and sd card are same then why do sd card has data0,1,2,3 while micro sd has dat0,1,2,3 names on pinouts? Is both are same?

Here i had attached a pin out diagram.

As per pin out the only difference is one less ground pin in MicroSD.
If you thought so then you are wrong, they are indistinguishable. SD, MiniSD and MicroSD are simply form factors for the actual technology.
