Hi,

Am design a digital weighing machine circuit based on AD620 instrumentation amplifier. kindly verify the circuit attachment.

Loadcell : 0.6kg
Excitation : 5 Vdc

Hi,

What is the nominal sensor output voltage at the given load?

The excitation voltage precision will determine the measurement precision.

The schematic ignores the necessity of keeping a defined AD620 common mode voltage range.

This is far away from a good error description.

Hi Klaus,

Loadcell output voltage 2.2mV/200g weight.
 

A useful circuit schematic would show the actual bridge and AD620 power supply and their relation.
 

Chinese Load Cell is 4 wire or 3 wire type ? 3 wire type are half bridge sensors and might need external 2x resistors to balance the bridge.
