What is b11hfc technology

Hi all,
I am currently using IHP technology design for my circuits in Cadence Virtuoso 0.6.1. Now I need to shift to another technology called "b11hfc technology" by Infineon Technologies. I am not sure what exactly "b11hfc" means.Could anyone help me out i this? Thanks in advance.
