How can i design and model a coplanar waveguide (CPW) in HFSS?

P.S: I am designing this for a millimeter-wave VCO.

Thanks for the file. I encounter a problem for opening it because I am using HFSS v.13 and your file is in v.15 but that's not the concern. I have to design and model coplanar waveguide in a G-S-G form for millimeter wave VCO. Is there any possible reference or book that you can directed me to?

I find Simons "Coplanar Waveguide Circuits, Components, and Systems" and Wadell "Transmission Line Design Handbook" particularly useful. There is also Moreno and Southworth if you can find a copy. I have mentioned both in earlier answers here.
