Hi,
When running RTL simulation, is there any method that can enable the Read/Write of physical memory of the compute.
For example, for a given physical memory addr: 0xD0000000,can I R/W it in my test bench when the simulation is running? How to make this?

Thanks.

Maybe, but would be super hard to achieve. HDLs don't have that capability, so you would have to embed some C code to do it. Still, even if you could do that, memory access goes through the OS management, you can't just pick an address and read from it. Your experiment is bound to fail.
