Derivative by probe and waveview function is different

I want to derivative in dc analysis.
I used probe to derivative log(Ids).
Code: 
.probe dc deri_ids par='deriv(Ids)'

and then
I also used waveview function to derivative log(Ids)

but the result is different .
The waveview function is correct . probe is wrong .

I don't know why I can't use .probe to derivative .
