Thanks, figure 10 on page 4 states that when Ic is 200uA , the temperature coefficient for Vbe is minus 2mV/degC.
On page 2 of the datasheet it says that Vbe can be as low as 580mV (at 25degC) to turn the NPN on.
Putting these two together says that at 100degC the NPN can be turned on by a Vbe of as low as 430mV. Is this correct?

Your calculation is correct. If exact data is needed 2.1mV is the temp derating factor for 200microA collector current.
