Hi All,

I am looking for IC numbers for RAM so I can store my data in it. it shall be larger than 1 MByte.

I hope it is fast enough because it will be shared between CPLD and AVR.

did anyone succeed to interface with computers RAM ?

Hi,

I hope it is fast enough
Designing electronics has nothing to do with hoping.

Decide your specifications.
Read datasheets.
Do the calculations.

"1 MByte" is a useful information. All other informations are just vague.

I don't have much requirements than :
1- clock exceed 18 MHz
2- size 1M x 8

Hi,

We are speaking about 8 bit AVR? Does they support HW memory interfaces?
Some do, some don´t.

Those who have, have detailed datasheet section, with connection example.
