difference between GM-C, MOSFET-C and OTA-C filter

Can anyone help me in expalining the diference between MOSFET-C, OTA-C and GM-C filters.

According to my knowledge OTA-C filter and GM-C filter are same but what is MOSFET-C filter. OTA also includes MOSFETS so what is the difference?

Probably just the designation. A gm-C filter needs an amplifier, but not necessarily an OTA: for more output drive, e.g., you'd add another output stage - and then it's called an OpAmp, perhaps a MOSFET OpAmp.
 

A "MOSFET-C" filter is a passive or active RC filter with a MOSFET used as resistor. The topology is clearly distinguished from gm-C.
