I want to make a laser communication device and would like to multiplex both the audios from L and R channel in the same laser beam and would like to demultiplex it at the receiver and play the 2 audios on different channels on different output(speaker).

not sure the arduino would be fast enough for that;
I would convert the audio signal to spdif, then modulate a laser with, and use a spdif demodulator at the other end.

can you please tell what could i use and hot to achieve what i am trying to achieve

Before Bluetooth, wireless speakers and headphones used FM modulated Infrared, not multiplexed and not dangerous lasers.
