Hi,

I have a baseband amplifier that I'm trying to characterize. I've ran p1db and ip3 on it and want to characterize its second order intercept. Here's my dilemma. Since it's at schematic level, ip2 should be very good. Is there a way to simulate a realistic scenario. I'm using cadence and Spectre for my simulations.

Thanks

Thanks Pancho. I'm running Monte Carlo with 200 points. Anything special to consider? All the settings were left as default. Again I'm using Cadence and Spectre.
