what are the standard dimensions for a 100 ohm coaxial cable

What do you mean with standard dimensions? There's no "standard" coaxial cable, e.g. RG-xxx with 100 ohms characteristic impedance. Some manufacturers, e.g. Huber & Suhner have 100 ohms cable.
