hi, i'm just trying to use this ir2101s mosfet driver. I have a problem with the HO, the pin is automatically HIGH when the circuit on, but the High In pin is in low condition. Is it the fault from the circuit or the ic's?. The circuit is like in the data sheet.

Vcc = 12v

Hi,

I think this is the most frequently asked question here in this forum.
And it is answered already many times.

Therefore I recommend to use the links in the "similar threads" box below.
Or do a forum search.

I have been reading for the similar thread, but i think no one have the same problem with mine. do you have any suggestion about this problem.

Hi,

So show us exactely your circuit, not the datasheet one. With all part names, part values and voltages.
And a photo of your cir uit, where we can see all the connections.

Please all informations at once.

Hi,

In post#1 you wrote:

But you must admit that in the datasheet there are Mosfets.
--> Connect them correctely and everything will be fine.
