nwell resistor inside a guard ring

nwell resisor inside n guard ring

I have a resistor act as an injector that connect directly to external, if I put this nwell resistor inside n-type latch up guard ring, will that be a problem? like parasitic NPN?

It depends on whether you forward bias any junctions.
Are you planning to take any terminals below substrate
potential?

I have NMOS inside the lutch up guard ring, its like source to internal commmon mode voltage regulate and not connect to external
