How to know if a flop is a synchroniser flop in the schematic ?

How to know if a flop is a synchroniser flop in the schematic ? Is there any chance to look at timings and say if a flop is a synchronizer flop?
 

they are usually bigger than regular flops, and might be multi stage flops back to back. other than that, the documentation should tell you all you need to know about the design...
