Hello~everybody

Recently I am using LT3507AEFE#PBF which from Linear and I met some troubles.
At the beginning,the voltage is 3.5V higher than 3.3V that the chip should output. After several tries,it has one time that even running 7V. As a result,it bacame to be same as the input voltage. The input is 25V while the current is less that 6mA. The trouble occurred in several boards. Does the chip break?

You can also see more details from the datasheet of LT3507AEFE#PBF .
Can you understand what I mean?How to solve it? Please give me some advice!

Thanks a lot !

PS: Please forgive me if there are any grammar wrong!

Hi,

Reasons for swich mode circuits fail:
* bad PCB layout
* wrong inductor selection
* wrong schematic
* wrong capacitors

--> give us all these information. Your schematic and your PCB layout. (Don't tell you did according datasheet)
Give capacitor and inductor manufacturer name and complete article number (or datasheets).

Did you use ltspice sim?
If so, post your ltspice of it here and i will look it over for you.
