Hi everybody , happy to be here again after an almost long time :wink::wink:

I need your help in recognizing a component in this picture

the device with Q3 code, it seems it has 2 transistor in its package .. what is that ? could you mention a part number for that ??

by the way...this is a part of a gps board (mp8 ublox) and this circuit is its filter of Antenna ..
 

they used to package two transistors in the same box, so that you would have very well matched elecrical characteristics, AND identical baseplate temperatures. You might need these in a widlar current mirror application, for instance.
