how to solve netlist/drc error resist-pad in proteus

I am getting netlist error and drc error called Resist-Pad in Proteus as shown in the picture below. How can i solve this error? I tried changing the clearance in Design Rule Manager but it is not going away.

It says your specified clearance is zero. Is that really what you want?
 

i cannot find the setting for Resist-Pad clearance in proteus
