Sense amplifier in 65nm Tech

Hi,

I want to design a sense amplifier for lvds like signal input. The goal is to sense the signal within the first rising edge of incoming data input (see attachment). Input signal has data rate(Rb) 2.5 GHz. What should be the optimum BW or GBW for the sense amplifier?! Also how to decide the slew rate for the same?!
