Please help identify this custom capacitor

I believe this ceramic disc capacitor is used as a breaker of some sort in this circuit. It seems to make sense as I had the cap tested at a local store, and the circuit doesn't power up when plugged in and power switch pressed.

I have a photo but cannot upload it here. The cap is just smaller in diameter than a dim and blue in color. Markings as they are, line for line:

5D222M0 <- this maybe an "oh" and not zed
X1Y1

And then Some other dot matrix looking markings like a simple schematic for the cap and then a bunch of other random dots that are indecernable.

It came out of a control board for a Samsung dish washer.

Any help would be great!!!

It could be a 2200 pF capacitor class X1/Y1.

Could you try to post the photo again ?
