Hope I find you well.
I just got to know you guys through browsing but I liked your posts, they're really useful to anyone who is willing like me.

I am a newbie to electronics but have been doing repairs of home gadgets in my uncle's repairing shop but I can't figure out all those stuff how they really work.

Please I want to build my own DC to AC inverters with the following specs. So I kindly asking you to provide me with some Schematic diagrams.

1) Without transformer
3kva
48v DC input
230v AC output
Sinewave
Overload protected
Overload buzzer

2 With transformer
3kva
48v DC input
230v AC output
Sinewave
Overload protected
Overload buzzer

If there is any information I left please add and even correct me where possible.

Thanks in advance.

No one give you the full project here ,you can ask your doubts

What Thannara is saying, is that a 3Kva sinewave inverter project is a very complex project, as you may have already seen if you have repaired such a unit.

Not only the electrical hardware design is a challenge, you will require significant software development and -very important- the mechanical design which will allow to dissipate all the heat and carry the very large currents involved.

On this last point; some simple calculation:

Assuming a generous 80% efficiency, for 3000 watts output, your power input will be 3750 watts.

A 24 volt nominal battery bank will see its voltage drop as the battery is depleted. Let's say you want to cut out at 18 volts. Therefore the input current will be 208 amps average. The current however, will be pulsed, and depending how well you have decoupled it, the peak pulses will be much higher than that.

In conclusion: This is a major project that you have to design in small pieces. Design each piece and then ask questions about that particular piece.
Heck, if you do a forum search about the IRF2110 Mosfet driver, you'll see dozens and dozens of threads related to simply driving a Mosfet correctly.

I have the exact circuit you are looking for 3kw inverter from 48volt DC battery.

I don't know how to upload file here in Edaboard if not I could have upload it.

I have the schematic diagram, pcb top and bottom diagram in PDF file I have forgotten where I downloaded it from but I still have the file so if you want it email me at ***email address deleted*** or tell me how to upload file here for me to upload it for you
