We can use PICkit2 as a program to go to program the MCU without any PC. In this option the .hex file preloaded and the programmer can be used later to program the MCU.

This is not the topics, topics is is there any option to limit the number of MCUs being programmed? As like I want to program only 100MCUs with this option and whenever the programmer programmed 100MCUs it will be erase the .hex file from its EEPROM so that no extra MCU can be programmed?

No such option exists. The idea behind "program to go" is it removes the need for a host computer running Pickit software so with nothing telling it to do anything other than copy the binary file from EEPROM to target, there can be no limiting how many times it is used.

Why would one need such an option?
