What does "category temperature" mean for electrolytic caps?

this is a snap of Panasonci poscap tantalum solid electrolytics datasheet.
what does category temperature mean? why there is a cap with rated temp.=85 but with category temp.=105?

Where do you see 85 °C rating in the posted table?

Looking at the full datasheet, I see that some parameters are valid for 85 °C, others (e.g. ripple current) only for 45 °C. But it's basically a capacitor rated for 105 °C.
 

the fifth one from the top has rated temp.=85 but with category temp.=105.
 

I'm reading it like that: it could withstand 6.3V at 85°C but its category is actually 5V / 105°C.
 

So this "category voltage” and "category temperature" is a term from some IEC standard?
