Charging 10 x AAA Ni-MH in series with single IC?

Is there a single IC that can safely charge 10x AAA Ni-MH batteries when connected in series (12v) and automatically cut the charge when they are full?
 

A Ni-MH cell is about 1.4V to 1.5V when fully charged so 12V will not fully charge 10 cells in series. Also some extra voltage is needed for the current-limiter.
