What is impact due to current in these cases
1. Output of 5v from ac to dc wall mobile charger something says 5v 500mA output
2. 7805 voltage regulator ic says 5v up to 1A and
3. 5v from arduino which says 5v max 40ma ... ?
To which say pir is attached which works at 5 to 12 v is different current will burn my pir sensor or it will just work fine and use it's required current ?

Hi,

The PIR datasheet will tell you.
The PIR sensor will only draw as much current as specified in the datasheet.

The supply needs to be able to deliver this current. Usually there should be some headroom.

Maybe you have a LED lamp that is specified to draw 20mA form a 12V supply.
It will draw 20mA from a small 12V power supply rated with 100mA.
It will draw 20mA from a big 12V battery rated with 200A.

But to use a supply rated with less than 20mA won't work.
