STM32 StdPeriph_Lib Problems in choosing startup

I hope all is good

i have Problems in choosing startup from StdPeriph_Lib my MCU is STM32f103vct6

Which should I use and why?

What's hd_vl ?
 

Basicaly, it is just a interrupt vector table. You can check addresses with manual for corresponding mcu and write your own if needed.
