Which tool can read and write this microcontroller?

Please take a look at the image it can connect JTAG to?

Are you realy sure that you need to read firmware? This ecu has 95640 eeprom with all settings and adaptations stored.
 
Thank you very much .. brother.
However .. the problem is i have some broken ecu.
Need to replace it .. and i'm still trying to figure out how to read its firmware .. and clone it through an equivalent white ecu ..
