How to write local watching in new version (2.3) SystemC?

Hi,

I learn SystemC on web site:

It has a local watching example project, but the new 2.3 SystemC on my PC does not support it. Do you know what coding syntax can do the same job?

I've solved a similar example problem on "reset.delayed()", but have no idea to the local watching problem.
