can anybody help me?why matching requied in ic layouts?explain clearly

Please explain clearly what you want to know. Are you talking about transistors, IC's, PCB'c .... what ?

ya sure transistors only..matching of transistors in IC layouts...

Without matching your devices might not behave the same. It is important where you rely on exact ratios, which is everywhere in analog design.
You can look at almost every circuit design book, lecture notes. There are plenty on the web I am sure.

can u tell ..technical reasons pls..why we need matching in transistors?

..technical reasons pls..why we need matching in transistors?

For symmetric circuits - e.g. differential input/output - devices with exactly the same values/parameters and behavior are needed.

can you give some examples method for matching the transistor?

You can find a lot of them in this forum. Just search for your keywords - or check the Similar Threads below!
