Hi all,

Kindly suggest me a 24VDC Relay to Switch a voltage of maximum of 1500VAC, Its just wanna ON/OFF by external Trigger.

Regards,
Santhoshkumar.

The only relays I've ever seen for such high voltage were glass envelope, vacuum sealed relays.

These had come out from some surplus military equipment.

I think a reed relay might work, although I haven't used them at that voltage. Here's one that's close, but your switching power is too high.

You may find "contactor" a better search term. Not to
say you're going to like the size or the price.

Thanks you all for your valuable Feedback,

Is there any other options to switch this voltage? As per my application there is a two source voltage(500VAC & 1000VAC) Sometimes it may go to 1500VAC depends upon the variant but its rare to use. For my condition, at a time one voltage only in ON state it may 500VAC or 1000VAC. That's why am asking switch to achieve this condition.

One question is just how good a "switch" this needs to
be. If you can throw away a volt or three, then a TRIAC
(or back-back SCRs) could do the job. Optically triggered
or pulse transformer triggered for isolation. See 6500V
SiC SCRs out there (again you won't like the price).
And you say nothing thus far about safety or a need
to get this (product?) certified / listed. That could be
a real options-limiter.
